Wow! Those are fatastic! I was too busy watching American Idol (::hangs head:: see what that Writers' Strike reduced me to??) to get up off my couch to check it out. That & I was in my pajamas. ;-)
I'm so glad you took pics, I was so excited to view it and a thick cloud covering came up and I couldn't see the moon till 7:35AM!!! I was so robbed! I haven't seen a eclipse since the solor one in ,I think, 92'.Anyway, it's been way too long...
We had clouds here too. Thanks for the picture!
We had clouds & rain too! Love the pictures, John. I sent the link to your site to all the science teachers here at school this morning!
We couldn't see a darn thing here! Stupid clouds. And the night before last we tried to see the shuttle. It was supposed to be in the Southwestern sky, a bright light with a dim light behind it. But again, stoopid clouds. You got some nice shots though. Very nice. I'm a bit envious.
The clouds parted at 5:30 p.m. --just in time. Did you see my wonderful picture? Now that I've seen yours...I'm ready to delete mine.
I knew I could find good photos of the eclipse here! You are super talented with the camera.
i saw the end of it im in the galleria area. i didnt know what heck was goin on!? then i just dissapeared.. i was so confused but now i know thanx. alot of twitters are saying its the fire makin the moon seem red. But i doubt that now
im sorry. i didn't dissapear i meant the moon it vanished, i looked all over for it in the skys and the cloud coverage was not that bad here. I did only see the bottom half but at least i got to see it!!
